Doosan Infracore purchased Daewoo Heavy Industries in April 2005 and intends to develop into a Top 5 global supplier of Construction Equipment.
Doosan Construction Equipment NZ Ltd (DCENZ) has developed a positive relationship with Doosan Infracore Korea, with DCENZ established with the purpose of sole distributor of Doosan (formerly branded Daewoo) Construction Equipment through out New Zealand.
Doosan Construction Equipment NZ Ltd was formed in January 2006 with a Head Office in Manukau City, Auckland, and a further branch in Hamilton. Doosan plans to be a leading force in the construction supplier industry, commitment that has been evident right from the start, with the first shipment containing 65 units.
